I’m very active and really love cycling and am a team member of the local women’s cycling group Wheel Women of San Diego, where our aim is to promote women’s health through cycling. Additionally we raise money of the Breast Cancer Fund. I try to ride to work as much as I can, and have become an actively outspoken “cycling activist” wanting to make San Diego more “bikeable”, so I joined the San Diego Bicycle Coalition!
In the last few years, I also decided to compete in triathlons! This year I completed my first Ironman 70.3 in Santa Rosa! 
The movie Julie and Julia, inspired me to take on the challenge of “Mastering the Art of French Cooking”, and I even had the opportunity to visit Julia’s kitchen at the Smithsonian a couple of years ago! Now my boeuf bourguignon is to die for!!
